For 15 years Vicki Unite has been the CE of the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce and has been instrumental in getting the project off the ground. Perthshire Chamber co-delivers the Circular Tayside project. With a long history of supporting and promoting the local economy, a vast business network and a strong desire to help local businesses setup, sustain and grow, Vicki understands the substantial opportunities that lie within the Circular Economy to reduce waste and associated costs, increase profit, form partnerships and create new products and services. The Chamber itself has moved to reducing their own footprint by adopting a flexible workplace, by working from home and via satellite offices throughout its Perthshire network. A partnership with Struan Toyota Perth provides the Chamber with an environmentally friendly vehicle to access this network. They work to continually identify a more circular/environmentally responsible approach and therefore demonstrate and promote this way of working.
