Kirsty Macari is a Lecturer in Urban Planning at the University of Dundee but prior to academia gained experience in Planning and Economic Development Services at Angus Council. She is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and is currently a member of the General Assembly. Kirsty also serves on the Board of Architecture & Design Scotland and is an Academician with the Academy of Urbanism.
With her expertise on planning, place-making and economic development in public and private practice alongside academia, she offers a holistic approach and insights on all sustainability and circular economy matters. We are very lucky to have her as one of our Circular Tayside Ambassadors!
